Flynn's Journal The world has been at war between humans and fairies for generations. Humans eventually discovered that plucking one of a fairy’s wings allowed them to control it, while removing both wings was fatal. Because of this, many fairies were captured and forced into slavery, servitude, or kept as pets. A wandering satyr, who has traveled since the beginning of the war, has witnessed the suffering caused by this conflict. Unlike others, he doesn't seek power or control.
